Senior Adult Ministry Exercise Program
Our senior adults are encouraged to participate in an exercise program that is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10am at FBC Activities Building. Leon Dulin and Ben Telesca will be available during that time to provide any assistance needed in using the exercise equipment. The AB cardio and weight room features Cybex weight machines, 3 True Treadmills, Airdyne Stationary Bikes, Recumbent Stationary Bike, Diamondback Stair Stepper, Precor Elliptical Machine and Dumbbells. CROSS Training
Cross-training in sports and fitness refers to the combining of exercises to work various parts of the body. Often one particular activity works certain muscle groups, but not others; cross-training aims to eliminate this. CROSS Training at FBCAM refers to combining multiple exercises and spiritual growth to work the body, heart and soul. Taught by certified fitness instructor Ben Telesca.

Zumba
A fitness class that brings together Latin music and fun-to-follow exercise movements to create an energetic and effective workout. Taught by certified instructor Tanya Priestly.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30 A.M.
