ACTS Discipleship Groups

Programs or Kids Kare (Childcare) is offered while parents attend classes on Wednesday evenings and most classes on other days. Scholarships are also available for classes upon request. Please call should you have any questions about classes.

In addition to the classes listed below you may be interested in ALPHA or continuing education courses provided by the B.H. Carroll Theological Institute.

Iron Men: Mid-Course Correction
Mid-Course Correction is written for those who sense a need for putting order back in their lives. It offers hope not only for those who have experienced defeat and disappointment in their lives, but also for those who have been "successful" yet yearn for something more. MacDonald focuses on making choices that lead to personal transformation, significant communal relationships, practical service in the kingdom of God, and a revitalized life of faith and worship. AARP Driver Safety Program
A one-day, 4-hour refresher course for all motorists. You do NOT have to be a member of AARP. Participants receive a certificate which may be used to reduce your auto insurance for three years. Led by Bill Bucy; call him for more info at 697-1437.

DivorceCare is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. DivorceCare will help you deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. It is a 13 week study, only cost is $15 for workbook. It features biblical teaching on grief & recovery topics from over 45 GriefShare experts, who are authors, counselors, speakers, and pastors. Led by Mickey Trimble.
